Registration Instructions

Remember players that are also the team captians and/or managers you have to choose both postitions so you are placed on the team roster

You must upload both a picture and an ID.
You can use your Drivers License for your ID or some other form of ID that has your
Picture, Name and DOB.

Picture Requirements:
NO Headcoverings of any kind, NO Sunglasses, Headshot only, Only you in the picture and
DO NOT USE your Drivers License or ID picture.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.

If a player is playing on one team only, please select a primary team only.
If a team admin is registering all team members for a team, please select a primary team only.
If a player is playing on multiple teams, please select the primary team first and select multirostering teams, then the player will be add to all selected teams.
